Our flight was delayed and didn't return to CLE until after midnight. It was great to have the shuttles ready to meet us at the pick-up location without much of a wait. The driver was very friendly. The lot was well lit that late at night, and it was easy to find our car. After our exhausting travel day, it was also nice for the team member at the gate to give us each a bottle of water when we exited the lot.

The parking is cheap and the shuttles are fast.

It just made the whole process of our travel less stressful. It was our first time leaving our car there and tbh I was concerned because we never used a parking lot before to leave our car to travel, but the car was unchanged when we got back, the shuttle process was simple and fast, and the free car wash was a nice little bonus.
