It was convenient to book online and receive a QR code. Perhaps considering sending the code via email to, just in case someone doesn't have a mobile device. I was quickly picked up and take to the airport via the shuttle.
The only thing was -- I had to wait quite a long time to be picked up at the airport for my trip back to the parking space. I think it was about 15-20 minutes.
I haven't used your service in about 10 until the recent trip. What I liked the most was the frequency that the shuttles pickup. It's also conveniently located and not to have to drive in and out of DFW.

I love parking at Park ‘N Fly. Shuttles are constantly picking up passengers. All the times that I’ve been at this location, the wait time is always less than 5 minutes. The staff at the kiosk are always polite and the drivers are welcoming and friendly. I have never been able to use the car wash. There’s always an orange cone blocking the car wash entrance. I wish there were better instructions on how to use that amenity, other than that I love it!
