Although we were very pleased with the service, after I booked online I contacted Park N Fly because I had AAA and there was no place to enter that for my discount. They told me when I checked out I could show my card and get the discount applied. When I checked out I inquired about that and was told that since I did it online I could not get the discount so I got two different stories. In the past I was always able to get my AAA discount upon checkout. I relied on what I was told on the phone but it was different when I picked up my car. That was very disappointing to me. Can someone get back to me and advise why I received two different stories as I believe I am entitled to the discount especially since I left my car for 16 or 17 days.

Fast pickup and return from the airport. Valet service is nice since you just drop off the car and it is waiting for you when you return - - very easy and convenient. Employees are helpful, friendly and drive the shuttle van safely. Much appreciated !!

Friendly, courteous, and efficient staff. Have left my car there while traveling at least 5 times and I am always pleased with everything. Never had to wait more than 1-2 minutes for the shuttle. The staff even gave us a water on our way out.

Nice spacing in the parking lot. Quick pick up to go to airport and from the airport. Everyone was very kind and helpful, We were three to four hours later, needing a ride close to 1 a.m. and they did a great job of helping us. Thank you.
