We had such a good experience with Park N Fly in Dallas. Parking was easy. Exiting the location was easy. The two shuttle bus drivers were so helpful and professional. And the operator who we spoke to when we were back in Dallas was helpful and polite.

What do you like about our services?

Very customer focused operation with minimal time required to get to the airport once parked. Negative is extreme closeness of the parking requiring significant extra time to enter and exit parking spaces. Need to expand space between rows of parked cars by 4-6 feet. Most impressive was the speed of the pickup after return flight. We were picked up within 5minutes of sending text requesting pickup.

What do you like about our services?

Parking was easy! I didn’t understand how to use the app at first (couldn’t tell if it was working) but once I familiarized myself with it, I found the whole process pretty smooth! I had some trouble using my app to exit, and the car wash was not open, but otherwise, still 10/10 recommend!

I had used PNF for many years until my travel was cut back during the Pandemic. Nevertheless, I did use PNF in November 2022 and was pleasantly surprised to receive a free day of parking that was used for my recent trip. Nice to know that I still count.

What do you like about our services?

Convenience in drop off and pick up. This week, when arriving back home, I had a very low tire. A gentleman quickly helped me get my tire aired up and back in good condition for my drive home which was 2 hours away. Anyone could have done that, but his helpful and pleasing attitude made the service really special.
