Not a fan of your new policy to not circle terminals for pickup. As informed by the driver and instructed on the parking place card, we first texted (but got a "This service is not available" message) then called the number (fast busy and disconnected). We then called the main number on the card and asked for a pickup at the terminal. After 15 minutes I called again and someone finally came to get us. Sitting in 94 degree weather for 30 minutes was not fun. We've used PNF for years and have always been satisfied. We understand the need to conserve expenses due to rising fuel costs. We would suggest you update the parking place card with correct instructions to avoid such long wait times for pickup. Thanks.

I was not able to reserve uncovered it was sold out but when I went there there was a lot of open spots in uncovered parking.

There was no wait for the shuttle service which was great.

From making the reservations on line, to getting to and from the airport on the shuttle, everything always has run smoothly. Our only complaint, has been with exiting. Twice that we had problems, no one was in the building to help us get through. We waited for 10-15 minutes to get someone's attention. Yesterday, although ours went through, the person ahead of us had problems and finally went around to the front to get someone to help. So again over 15 minutes to exit. My suggestion would be to have someone available.

But otherwise, we are very happy with Park N Fly Plus.

Every time it a smooth operation from when I drop my car off until I pick it up. Shuttle arrive quickly and I like I can request shuttle from your app. Also I like that you have my car ready and waiting when I return on the shuttle.
