We have been parking with you for years and have never had a problem! How rare is that? your booth attendants, your drivers and staff are always friendly and professional. We park and get picked up within minutes, we comeback and call for the shuttle and never have to wait long. We have never had anything happen to our car while parked in your lot and always feel safe. One time we left a small light on in our car by accident and had a dead battery. Your staff gladly gave us a jump. Your rates aren't bad and we appreciate the discount through AARP and/or AAA. We also love it when we get free days for being repeat customers. Thanks you and keep up the good work.

Prompt, courteous service

No matter what time I have to park in the morning, like today, arrived at 3 a.m., the driver was there to take me to the airport. Also always taking care of my luggage. Same when I return. Never had to wait long for terminal pickup. Drivers are very courteous and helpful.

Ive used Park n Fly in other cities, but recently moved to south florida....your service was as it should be....directed to an open spot, very short wait for the shuttle, (picked up at the car), assistance provided for luggage onto the shuttle, a quick explanation as to why there were monkeys running around the parking lot, a quick safe drive to my terminal, and courtesy assistance and wishes for a good flight from my driver.

This was our first experience and it couldn’t have been better! Easy to schedule our reservation, easy to get to in Ft Lauderdale, friendly and helpful service at entrance and shuttle drivers (and very prompt).
The only suggestion would be to have better signage upon leaving the site. We were dropped off after dark and it was a bit confusing to get out onto 95 to drive back to WPB. Had a hard time bringing up directions on my iPhone when first leaving your parking lot.
Otherwise, we were very happy with our experience using your services. Thank you!

Great service!! Friendly staff!! The only bad thing is the operations hours 5am-12am, the others locations are 24h!! Everything was quick and efficient!!
