The valet service is great. You can wait under cover for the shuttle when raining. The people there are great to interact with. Great customer service. The return is simple as well. We were literally waiting about 10-15 after the text that we have arrived. I will definitely be using your service in the future.

The improvements under new ownership (now maybe 5 years ago?) are fantastic. This is a very well run facility. We used to park indoors when it looked like the building might collapse. Now it’s hard to get a spot in there. It looks great and well built!
Your drivers are so courteous and efficient.

PS we now live in Milwaukee but always come here when we fly out of MDW.
