Quick, competitive price, friendly staff
The drop off was and the shuttle ride to the airport were easy and quick. The pickup was a bit slower, however the car was ready to drive away. And the price was competitive and fair.

Pick up and drop off are very reliable, the price is great and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
Pickup was timely and easy. Drop off was a little slow. Driver stopped at D terminal and we were going to E terminal. Driver picked up a family going back to pick up their car and they had ten pieces of luggage. This delayed our arrival to E terminal. We made our flight. But it would be better if driver dropped off people who were flying and THEN pick up people coming back to collect their cars.
I like the ease of parking and taking a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle comes very often so there isn't a lot of waiting. The drivers are very professional and helpful. They mark your ticket with the location of your car so you don't forget where you left your car. It's so much easier than parking at the airport and less expensive.
I always feel very safe with being dropped off at the airport, but especially on my return from the airport. I am a senior lady in my 70s. Your drivers always help me with my luggage, but then wait to make sure my car starts before leaving me. I enjoy that feeling of security.
