I did have trouble getting out through the automatic exit. I had prepaid reservations. Im a little concerned about getting a charrge or ticket of some sort this time.

It’s fast and convenient

This was our first time to use Park-N-Fly and suffice it to say we are customers for life now. We were traveling internationally out of DFW and so we had four bages between us and two were large. After we parked in your facility off of Royal Lane, the transport bus was to us within two to three minutes and quickly but safely delivered us to our terminal. However, the best part of your services was when we arrived back two weeks later at 7:00 in the evening. The transfer bus driver (Luis M) was to us within 5-10 minutes of our call and quickly loaded us up (now with five bags, three of which were large) and had us back to the Royal Lane facility within 10-15 minutes. To top it off the attendant at the gate ask us if we would like a bottled water which at that time was priceless!
We have had disaterous experiences in the past after landing for pick-up and delivery to our vehicle both within the airport and outside the airport. We live in Abilene, TX which is three hours away from the DFW airport and when you arrive back from a trip the last thing you want is waiting and hassles about getting back to your vehicle. As I said earlier.......we are customers for life now!!!

I like the help I receive and how courteously I am treated. I like the efficiency and professionalism of the workers. I also consider the cost reasonable and fair.

Drive in, their like family waiting for you to arrive, they direct to your spot and shuttle is their within seconds right infront of your car to pick you up and deliver you to airport.

Convenient, value, friendly

I like using this lot, as it's easy to get to off the X-way, and the drivers are all so nice. One thing that I might ask is that the drivers remind everyone that they are parked at the North side of the baggage claim. Not the South side where the hotel busses are. I forgot this the other day and added a few steps to my day.

Parking is easy. Shuttle pulls up immediately and helps w luggage. You get to airport within minutes. Shuttle is usually in lot when you return or can text for immediate pick up. Personnel are ALWAYS friendly and helpful

As "first-timers" using your service, we found it to be very easy to use. Your drivers are courteous and professional. The driver taking us to the airport gave us a good tip - take a photo of the claim ticket and the directions for pick-up.

When being picked up, your reminder text helped us know what to do, i.e., send door location and ticket number.

When we arrived at your facility after the airport pick-up, our vehicle was pulled up and ready to be loaded and driven.

This was the most convenient way to park. Reservation was easy. Someone picked us up at our parking spot, dropped us off at our airline. Our return was just as easy, texted that we had arrived and within minutes the van was there. We were taken to our car. The driver was very helpful and courteous. This will be my go-to airport and parking facility going forward.
