I was leery about the change from the valet services to the self serve, but I went with it anyway. I was absolutely impressed with your continued level of service to your customers. As always, the staff was top notch, and our driver, Steven V. was the consummate professional. Your service reminds exceptional, and we will continue to utilize you for our parking location any time we travel out of BDL, and we will continue to suggest your services to anyone else we know traveling out of Bradley.

On a side note, we have family friends who are taking care of their elderly father, with the brother from Wyoming and the sister from Las Vegas who were traveling a day apart. We turned them onto your facility, and you accommodated one family member parking the car on one day and the other family member picking it up the next. This created a convenience that helped them immensely. Thank you for that.

We had a great experience overall. We were greeted promptly when dropping off our car and were picked up by a shuttle from the airport very quickly. Unfortunately, being our first time we mistakenly dropped our car off at valet rather than self-park and were not told that that wasn't what we had reserved online. Upon our return, we were able to speak with Denisha who was very understanding and explained the different options for dropping off the car the following time. She was patient with us and very pleasant!
