This was our first time using the Park 'n Fly at the Oakland Airport, and our experience was seamless, from the moment we entered the lot (and were advised which space to take), to the drivers who drove us to - and from - the airport.
The next time we fly from OAK, we will definitely use Park 'n Fly!

Prompt shuttle pickup both at the lot and at the airport. Friendly and helpful drivers both times. Nicely lit lot at night and I like having the choice of covered or uncovered parking. I booked a reservation ahead of time and it's a simple process. I'm glad I booked covered because it was raining hard the day we flew.

My flight was early in the morning. It was nice that when I and other cars pulled in, there was a shuttle already waiting and it made the transition from the parking lot to the airport flawless. Coming back was similar, our flight came in about an hour late, however we only waited about 5 mins for the shuttle, he pulled right up and we got on and made it to our car in no time. Both Drivers were friendly and very helpful.

This is my second time booking. I sent my brother there to park. I told him to expect greatness and he was not disappointed. He was raving about the wonderful experience he had. The customer service is beyond compare. The attendant checking him in was very, very helpful. The driver was super friendly and kind. Traveling in Jan and parking there again! EVERY time I go to midway.

We had to wait to long at the gate. Please get better on that.
We texted to get us, when we got our luggage.
I would say, it was about a 1/2 hour, we had to wait.
Most of your competition Companys passed by 2 times before your shuttle made it.
But you got a 10 because all other worked out well.

Our driver was great. He was there on time. Had a wheel chair and he turned bus around so we could get him in without getting so wet. Fantastic service
