Very punctual and great drivers. Our driver was an older Spanish guy that was wearing a Santa hat. Super friendly and nice to see someone smile and festive during the holidays. Thanks for taking care of our car while we were gone merry Christmas and happy new year

I cannot believe how easy it was to find the location, park, take the shuttle to the airport and then do the reverse on our return. All employees were courteous and helpful. Much cheaper than taking Uber/lyft or limo. Will repeat the process again next time we fly out of Midway!

I like everything about this service. Friendly staff, quick response. We didn't wait the shuttle bus, the bus was right behind the exit door waiting for us. Will use this parking lot again, and very recommend
