From the time I enter the parking lot and exit- the staff has always been very polite and helpful. I haven’t encountered a rude employee at the Cleveland location. Always have been very helpful. The shuttle Drivers are always on time and I rarely have to wait long.

No hassle, fast, professional and convenient overall service. I never have to wait long whenever I drop off my car and take a shuttle to the airport and same for when I arrive and pick up my car.
They went above and beyond. I mistakenly reserved self park and upon return, my car's battery was dead. They jump started for me. I also arrived a day later than I booked. They did not charge me for any of this!
