Very timely and quick service from when you park your car and almost immediately a bus is there to pick you up?

It was so easy to park and get on the shuttle. They give you a ticket to your parked area and when picked up they get you to your car. The drivers were extremely helpful.

I'm afraid I don't remember either gentleman's name, but both of my shuttle drivers (to the airport and pick up from the airport were outstanding. Both were very courteous and extremely helpful. For example, due to a traffic jam on the downtown connector, we were running very late for our departure flight. I mentioned this to the driver, and he immediately took us to the airport rather than waiting for the bus to be filled. Another example, on arrival, our driver stopped at our car. I went ahead and opened my rear liftgate. Rather than just handing our bags down to me, the driver placed them in my luggage compartment for me. Both of these guys were great representatives of Park N Fly.

My flight was delayed by an extra day and my cellphone broke en route back to US. Park and Fly asks that you provide your flight numbers, so I had done that when I made my reservation. Because you keep an eye on these delays, even though I was a day late, you had my car all warmed up and ready to go once I finally arrived back home to you, completely exhausted by the debacle of Atlanta airport. Thank you so very much for your services. I also appreciate the two women at the counter inside the building who were so kind and professional as well as the valet and the driver. Hands above any other company offering airport parking services! Thank you again.

We were having a little trouble when we were leaving out of the gate, so the bus driver walked over and helped us with the process. Buses were very quick to pick us up after our flight.

It worked out perfectly this whole trip. Upon arrival at the facility we got right onto the shuttle and were off to MIA. Upon arrival at the curb after our return flight we only waited a couple of minutes until the shuttle picked us up. Our vehicle was there at the curb, waiting for us. It was perfect. We had a friend with us who had never used this service and she was very impressed.
