Everyone is so friendly! It's not as convenient as parking onsite, but it is nice to help with luggage when needed and a warm car in the winter!

The drivers were friendly and courteous I was picked up as soon as I was parked. When my flight returned, a shuttle was at the airport. waiting.

The drivers were very helpful and caring. Clean buses with very little wait time.

One driver instructed a mother to remain in the shuttle bus with her toddler to allow the father to get in the car and turn on the heat before getting in.

One complaint. I don't like my radio/Sirius XM station being changed so I gert hip hop when I retrieve my car. Please tell attendants to stop doing that. Thanks.

What do you like about our services?

My experience with Park 'N Fly went smoothly from start to finish. Pick up at my parking spot was quick and the return shuttle was waiting at the airport. Once we arrived back at the parking lot, I was impressed with the way the driver announced the make of the vehicle he had stopped for, making it easy for those aboard the shuttle to know it was their stop. The location is easy to find and the drivers were courteous and helpful. A first-class operation.

I thought booking online ahead of time was quick and easy. The prices are great with the capital one discount. Both shuttle drivers I had were nice and the whole process was timely and efficient. I have always parked at the airport but I might be changing that now that I see how easy this was.
