Took so much stress from our trip. No need to have someone take us and pick us up at the airport. Drivers were very helpful, pleasant and right there at the time we arrived and returned to CLE. An excellent service!

The pickup time was better than the last few times that we have flown. We did wait a little longer at the airport, but not too long.

The driver was willing to put the luggage in our trunk, which was an improvement over last time.

My husband is very old and that is very difficult for him.

What do you like about our services?

The ease and convenience of Park 'n. Fly is what I love. The App is super - easy to make reservations, easy to request a pickup, etc. Drivers are helpful and courteous. I driver into the gate, use my bar code to lift the gate, choose a parking spot, and, before I open my door, a shuttle/driver are at my car ready to load my bags. SOOOO convenient. Been parking at Park 'n Fly for years and will continue to do so.
