Reservations were easy to make. check in and out was easy and fast. The shuttle drivers were very helpful, fast, and informative. Return from the airport was timely, fast and easy.

What do you like about our services?

There were lots of running shuttles even in the middle of the night. Drivers were helpful loading and unloading luggage and the busses were very clean.

The drivers to and from the airport were friendly, helpful and informative . Both were also eager to help with the bags to and from the airport. Car ready to go upon our return. No unnecessary waiting either. Smooth operation .

What do you like about our services?

Quick and easy service. They had us in an out on our route to the airport, and back to our car upon our return within a matter of minutes. Very close proximity to the airport.

Would highly recommend to use for your MIA travels.

With the App it is so easy to get a parking spot with great service. They are there to pick you up! Very well run operations. And the request a ride feature is a great idea. I have not needed it yet due the great pickup service.

When my reservation ticket was not available upon arrival at Bradley due to the airline losing our luggage the agent at Park and Fly was able to find our car by other means and have it ready for us when we arrived at the location. A very nice end to a very trying day!

Very very easy to the whole things, enter, park, shuttle comes to you, they load luggage, get on, arrive to airport, get off they unloaded your luggage -safe travels! Repeat to come home!!
