Simple in and simple out. The longest I have waited for a shuttle going TO Midway from parking is ZERO seconds. The longest for a pick up coming home is about 5 minutes and usually less. Can’t beat the convenience. Nice staff.

Always a pleasure there Great people. However our last time they lost our car and we had to wait 10 min. even though were were a valet. We texted our info as soon as we were off plane and the driver called as well. We still had to wait 10 or more min. while they tried to find our car. It should have been waiting for us.

Excellent parking, pickup and delivery as always. Only small complaint was that the card we were given to retrieve our truck placed us in Orange B3. We were actually in A1. Since we remembered we were in the row closest to the road it was not a problem. Just made the bus driver laugh. But it COULD have been tough to find the truck under different circumstances.

Very easy and user friendly

It was easy to get in and out of the lot. Once we were parked, we were picked up by the shuttle in a timely fashion. Both shuttle drivers were polite, helpful, and quick at their job.

I like that the parking has never been an issue, an attendant tells you where to go and the shuttle arrives right behind you. On pickup the shuttle is generally not to long of a wait and leaving the parking lot is quick and heads me in the right direction back to the Freeway.

Drivers were very helpful, polite and efficient.

Upon arrival to the lot we were immediately attended to and taken directly to the airport. Upon return, our wait time for a bus was minimal and they very efficiently dropped off passengers at their vehicles. I could not be more appreciative and supportive of Park 'N Fly !! Thank you - we will definitely use you in the future - this was our very first time utilizing a parking system for the airport because usually we are dropped off at the airport since we live very close - Olmsted Falls.
