This was my second time using Park 'N Fly. Your employees are fantastic and make the difference. I cannot express enough how much of an impression that left with me ...especially in today's world of limited employees, and kindness. The smile and kind guidance I received at the gate upon arrival and very kind, considerate and smiling drivers were so welcoming during a stressful time of travelling. The lot was great, safe, clean, and well-lighted with everything well identified. I had no issues whatsoever getting to where I needed to be; as well as picking up my car. The shuttle and shuttle station at the airport were super easy to find. Even late at night, your employees kind smiles and considerate guidance will not be forgotten. The car wash after is a GREAT service. Thanks for having that! Forget uber and sketchy cabs. The last thing I want to do after travelling is manage more travelling with a car service that may or may not be there when they need to be.

Is very convenient. I don’t have to think where lo leave my car, paying a lot for parking or bother someone to take me to the airport. Buses are clean, they have space, friendly drivers and the only 2 time I have to used it I didn’t wait in the airport, they were already there! I just have to plan to arrive 30min earlier to the parking to be at the airport on time. Love it!

When I dropped off my car on the morning of 6-9-23, My wife and I had to walk to the front of the complex to get to the van. No pick-up at parking spot. Overall, a good experience!
