Drop off and pick up were both very convenient and saved me a lot of time and money.
I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped us- but the lady at the gate and the drivers (of our arrival and departures) were extremely friendly. Sometimes, in Chicago, with businesses that serve so many people, there can be a lack of friendliness. But all the people from Park-n-Fly were very nice!

Getting to Park DIA is very easy to get to from Colorado Springs. We were a bit nervous coming into the location at 3:30 AM for a flight out at 6:00 AM. No worries! Happy to see the booth was manned coming in just in case the QR code on my phone had problems. She directed us where to park and from there the van drove right up to pick us up. The card the driver gives you where he marks your location is great but also all the other helpful information as to what door to come out of at the airport and where the van pickup location is. The drivers are the best and drive you right up to your car. You can't ask for better service than that! It is also great that periodically Park DIA will send a discount code to your e-mail which worked wonderfully! Thanks for providing exception service!
