Easy access and price.
I was skeptical at first, I was looking around at different airport parking and Park n fly was an easy decision with their prices compared to others around Atlanta. I was surprised by how secure and clean the lot was. I felt like my car was going to be safe while traveling. The buses were quick when pulling up to my car and the drivers were extremely helpful with putting my bag on board and taking it off. From when I arrived to the lot to getting to my terminal, it all went very smooth and quick. I will use this company again for future trips.
I liked not needing to find a spot at th airport. The price was much better than parking at the airport and I was grateful to have someone wait with me until I could get in and start the car.
The only recommendation was that I didn't realize I was on PLUS bus and got on the wrong bus on my return. I had to wait 25 minutes for a PLUS bus while 3 other Park and Fly busses passed us. I didn't understand that at all.
Service is always great! Drivers are alway prompt and eager to help with luggage. Always recommend them.
The shuttle was quick to respond- even when we got in at 3am. Fast transport to and from airport and less expensive option.

Staff are very quick to identify your location of parking and pick you up. The QR code for parking is a great idea. I like that you can text for a pickup. A great alternative to using a Park Sleep Fly hotel or airport parking options.
