Loved that the shuttle pulled up right as I parked and picked me right up. Also, the very kind driver put my bag into my trunk for me when I got back which I really appreciated. The only thing I would have liked more would have been more explicit directions as to where to meet the shuttle at DFW. But I saw the shuttle and flagged it down and it picked me up, so it was fine.

Easy to pay ahead of time (online). Slightly confusing what to do once you've paid (I had a reservation but still wound up with an entry ticket. Couldn't print my barcode, so had to go out through cashier window lane -- I think?

I liked that the shuttle picked me up right at my parking space and dropped me off right at my parking space. I did not wait long to go to the airport and I walked right to the shuttle when I returned to Houston.

Your lot and customer service is excellent. I have used Park & Fly Plus many times. Each time the service was excellent. Your shuttle vans are immediately there to pick you up, and within minutes your at your terminal. The same goes for when you need to be picked up at the airport. Your drivers are courteous and friendly. I will always use your facility when I fly out of Atlanta. Thank you for great customer service !

This was by far the easiest thing I’ve ever done. I literally pulled into the lot and the friendly attendant was so kind and helpful. She had mr pull up my reservation with my QR code and helped me scan it and directed me to park in a stop . A bus was literally there waiting for me. The man driving Introduced himself and then helped me with my bag. I will definitely be using their services again.
