Convenience and not waiting on a return shuttle

I liked parking under cover. The bus picked me up immediately. Bus driver was super helpful. The return bus was at the curb when we returned so no time wasted. Easy to get to the facility and easy to get back on the freeway when we left.

Close to the airport, shuttles were quick and drivers were friendly!

I really liked the convenience of being picked up and dropped off right at my vehicle. The drivers were all friendly and professional. I like that I was able to use the app to pay ahead of time and not have to worry about charges after a long trip. While checking out I could not figure out how to use my app to scan what needed to be scanned so I went through the cashier line. The woman working was so nice and friendly! She even offered me and my passenger a cold bottle of water! After a long day of travel, that was the best offer!

The ladies at the entrance are always so friendly and helpful. The bus drivers always load our luggage. My luggage is small and they always say they will get it. This last time I told the driver there was a broken bottle on the (empty) spot next to where we parked. He got out of the bus and picked it up and placed it in the buses trash can. Great service. I feel safe parking there.

Fast convenient service

It is hard to believe that you are in Philly when visiting Park N' Fly since all the employees are so helpful and friendly!!

We find the people who work there to be very friendly. The service is so easy, I reserve online we scan when we get there park and a shuttle takes us to the airport.

I like the convenience of being able to do everything online and staff is very nice and helpful.

One thing I would like to suggest is the ticket system. Once you arrive and text your ticket number to the number we are supposed to send it to I am not sure why we then have to turn them back in to have the driver call all of the numbers that we just texted to you back into you again. It was a little bit of a mess when we were coming back after midnight and having to wait for all numbers to be called and then having to repeat numbers because some were not heard correctly. That was my only issue.

The whole Park n Fly experience was way easier than I expected it to be. Great staff and great communication system to make the travel experience smooth.
