It was so easy. I made my reservation online, got in easy with scanning my code, easy pick up. I love that they pull up right to your space and drop you right back off at your space so you’re not walking alone at night. I will continue parking here for all my travels. And you get a free car wash! I just loved how easy it was.

I love using the valet service is very easy to just drop my bags and go. The personnel working are always professional and courteous.

Smooth and easy entry and exit. Very friendly staff. I love the shuttle service to and from the airport. In all honesty though, my favorite part was the SPACING between cars - I didn't have to worry about finding my car with a door ding after returning from my trip.

Someone was at the gate to help me get in before 5am, which was great bc I hadn’t received the QR code in an email. The bus driver, Tonya, was wonderful and helped me so much - she was encouraging and told me how to get back by finding the rental car section of DFW. I never had to wait when I returned bc the bus was waiting in the parking lot. I did have trouble getting out of the lot bc my code didn’t work but when I used the help button, they opened the gate. So I guess the hard part was the gate - but the people were wonderful - would recommend -

Easy to use. No worries about waiting on shuttles as they are constantly in motion picking people up. Shuttle drivers are nice.

One suggestion - when the lot is near capacity, having the shuttle driver relay the spots that will be opening up to the entrance might be helpful so that when you get in, you could be directed to a specific spot. We were directed to a row, but it was completely full (and there were two cars in front of us), so we just had to drive around for a minute to find one.
