Service is leaps and bounds better than a year ago plus, response time drivers etc , Corperate needs to work on the app, it’s garbage, can’t add reservations to wallet, the web experience is better but app needs major work.

You provide a great service with clean buses and personable drivers who help load and unload our bags. Your location is fantastic; close to the airport and easy to get in and out. I have been parking with y'all at least 25-30 years and a member of your Frequent Parker Members program. Thank you for all you do to make getting to the Atlanta Airport a breeze!

I liked the contact we received on our phone when we returned from our vacation. Very convenient to send a text for pick up. Driver was prompt and we probably only waited 5 minutes.

Easy access to the airport, and we had great drivers

The overall experience was great. Everyone was helpful during the time as well. When I arrived to the facility after leaving the airport, my vehicle was there waiting for me. It felt like a true valet service.

I like the on line, digital reservation system, check-in and check out. The one missing service is you have no option to reserve a handicap space. If handicap is full then a disabled customer should be automatically placed in preferred parking.

Smooth as glass operation. The only improvement is to have a sale or coupon program to get a couple of dollars off.

I will never, ever use another airport parking service besides Park and Fly again!! You have excellent service. I went through a park and shuttle nightmare with a different company before this trip, watching the Park and Fly shuttle come and go; clearly marked, with the driver making sure everyone waiting for him, knew he was there and ready to get them. Meanwhile I sat for at least 45 minutes, and it was after 11pm! I swore to myself that I would try Park and Fly next time. Wow what a difference!!! The parking lot was so much better, well lit and felt safe. The drivers are super attentive and speedy. No sooner did I get to the pick up place, did the Park and Fly shuttle arrive. I was quickly whisked away and delivered immeditately to my car. Leaving the lot was a breeze. I hope there is a Park and Fly at every airport. I wil only use and recommend your company! Thank you :)
