The valet service is worry free, efficient and reasonably priced. The van drivers are always pleasant and helpful. Pickups at the airport on return are prompt.
Fast and easy. Attendants very helpful. Upon return they loaded our luggage into our car and even gave us water bottles to go. We always use Park n Fly when we travel and wish Oakland airport had valet service as well.

Easy online reservations, nice buses and easy return pickup. We were first time customers a few suggestions. A little confusion entering lot as not sure which gate to use (it was 4:30am) but someone was there to help us. After we entered not sure where the covered self park was no signage easily seen. Overall good experience.
The entry and exit process is very seamless and user friendly.
Wait time for pick up can be longer than expected and at times the bus is full by the time it gets to the valet stop but otherwise customer service is very good.
