I appreciate that there always seems to be a shuttle waiting when we arrive, to go to the airport. I appreciate that they greet us when we arrive and help us get the bags out. I appreciate that the shuttle driver helps with the bags. I appreciate that we never have to wait very long for a shuttle upon our return. I appreciate that the car is ready for us upon our return, open and ready to stow away our stuff.

My one complaint is that we used to use Miami Fast Park and they gave us free bottles of water when we came back after the flight. I REALLY wish you all would offer that perk.

What do you like about our services?

Approaching a very busy weekend, I made our reservation and paid for it online in advance. Then, I could relax knowing we had a parking place for the long weekend.

Our parking place was pointed out by a waiting bus driver. And our parking spot was the first stop upon our return. Slick!
