Specifically, I wanted to recognize one of your drivers at ATL, a Mr. Greg W. This was only my second time to use Park 'N Fly and I was so impressed with the high level of service, I wanted to write and let you know how well Greg W. represents your company. He was a safe driver as well as professional and polite from the moment he helped me onto the shuttle. His shuttle was also noteworthy for the overall very high level of cleanliness. The restraints were rolled into position, ready for immediate use, and this also impressed me as I want to remain safe and our company requires us to wear restraints when traveling. I have used some shuttles from other companies where it was difficult to even find the restraints with some drivers who would depart before I can secure myself in the seat and, when I do finally find the restraints, they are soiled.

When I must travel, I fit as much as possible into my workdays to remain productive which allows me more time at home. Therefore, when I return home after a busy trip, I am often tired and it is a true pleasure to have the first encounter outside the airport to run so smoothly. I should also note he easily answered my questions regarding Park 'N Fly, and I was so impressed with his demeanor and welcoming courtesy.

In my forty-year career, I have travelled to a thirty-four countries and most states and, as a result, I have used a number of transportation companies. I cannot overstate how I have never been more impressed than I was with this experience.

Online reservation process was quick, user friendly, and efficient. The app's ability to request a pick-up and track the shuttles was particularly convenient. The whole experience took the stress away from leaving your vehicle in the care of strangers while you travel across the country or around the world. Everything was so convenient and ran smoother than I’ve ever experienced with airport parking. I like that it’s a 247 shuttle and self parking. It’s very easy to communicate with them to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. The gate security is very helpful and the drivers help you with your bags. I COULDNT ask for a better experience! Will be using them everytime i travel.
