Timely pick up. The only issue that I’ve had on both visits, is escaping the lot. Your gate exit scanner asks for a QR code or bar code to exit but your email includes the opposite style code (they don’t match) and is confusing as to where to hold the phone with the code. So I am trying to hold a phone with a QR code up against somewhere that is calling for a bar code or visa versa and it didn’t work. Also could use the cc that I paid with but that didn’t work either.

Both times I had to wait for an attendant and with the quick pick up etc. that is how I remember park and fly. Hard to escape the lot.

Did valet service and it was sincerely a flawless experience. Pulled in, met with a smile, handed off keys and immediately got in shuttle to airport. Upon return, texted the number and a shuttle appeared in seconds, and car was running and ready when we arrived. Will absolutely utilize again.

Best parking service ever I had

Our driver to and from the airport, Robin , was delightful. Transportation was prompt. We were picked up and delivered to our car. Our return was at 4am and we feared that a driver would be slow in arriving, but that wasn't the case at all. We will definitely use this service again.

Drivers are friendly and courteous and very helpful. That's especially appreciated coming from a tired traveler.

Drop off & Pick up was prompt.

We arrived very late on a Sunday evening and Park 'N Fly had multiple shuttles still running at 1:45AM. We were so grateful that after such a stressful day/night, we didn't have to wait long to be picked up. The driver was very nice and so was the check out agent.
