Excellent customer service! The driver dropped us off within 15 minutes from parking out car in your lot. The driver was at the terminal within 5 minutes from the time we called for a ride. Your rates are reasonable for weekly stays. We would use this service again!

I have yet to be met with an unfriendly face at this facility. From arriving to leaving, everyone is so friendly and go out of their way to help everyone. I arrived during a very busy week this summer and there was even someone driving around in a golf cart to help me find any open spot there might be and direct me straight to it. I often leave early in the morning and fly in late at night and the bus is always ready and waiting to take me to or pick me up at the airport. In a big city like Atlanta and with such a busy airport and parking lot it is so wonderful to be met with such EXCELLENT customer service in my most tired moments! And I am so pleased with the free days I am able to earn for my stays with the rewards program.
