Booking online was fairly simple and very convenient.
From the moment I pulled into the lot, the process is really smooth. I was directed to a parking spot, the shuttle picked me up from my car, and then I was dropped off at the airport. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because we waited a while for new cars to pull in and park almost making me late for my flight.

This was my first time using park n fly, and I loved this service. I have gone with other local shuttle companies in the area and I’ve had to wait almost up to an hour for someone to pick me up at the airport and bring me to my vehicle. I grabbed my bags from the baggage carousel, and as I was walking outside, I texted park and fly by the time I walked to the sidewalk ParkNFly was waiting for me. I also love how they personally drop you off at your vehicle as well that’s a very nice touch. My only complaint it was a little confusing to get out. I had to provide some kind of code that I didn’t have, but I was able to leave anyway it probably cost me 30 seconds extra worth of my time.

I like that I get texted the QR code so I don’t have to go digging in my email at the entrance. Every driver I have had has been very courteous and I have felt safe. I like that the driver picks me up at my car instead of trying to find a bus stop.
