I have been parking with you all for more than 35 years! Love the valet covered parking :)

Two things I think need to improve:

- I don't like as much now is having to make a reservation and getting charged a fee to reserve.
- You need to start going to the international terminal. The system now does not work well. I will have to start parking elsewhere when traveling internationally.

Other than that, I always recommend y'all!!

Very easy all the way around. The app had some issues when booking but other than that it was fine.

The drivers are very kind, helpful, and friendly. I was glad that I didn’t have to wait for too long to be picked up. I walked out with my suitcase and there were two vehicles waiting to pick up passengers. That was very impressive. Keep up the good work.

It’s very nice to have a safe place to leave my vehicle while traveling. I like that I just have to park and then call and I get picked up and when I get home I just send a text and a bus comes and gets us. It’s a nice system with nice workers that are so friendly and helpful!
