Fast and easy assess when leaving the airport.

Everything was easy. We didn't wait more than a minute for a shuttle. As soon as we pulled in the lot and parked, the shuttle was right there to pick us up. On our return, the shuttle was there and I didn't even have a chance to request my pickup. It was a last-minute flight booked hours ahead. We had a three-hour drive but made the reservation online.

Easy to reserve space, timely reservation reminder messages, 24-hour parking lot attendants, easy shuttle to/from airport. All went extremely well, no hiccups with any of the services.

Service was great. Quick pick up and drop off both ways. The scanning machine could work better. Also not sure why I am always sent to the far back of the lot when there are plenty of slots closer to the front but I'm sure they have their methods.

I have used Cleveland Park ‘n Fly service multiple times when traveling out of Cleveland Hopkins Airport. I can reserve in advance, although it’s not necessary. Fees are reasonable, staff is friendly. Shuttle service to airport terminal is timely and efficient; it picks me up right at my car and returns me right to my car when I return to CLE. The facility is well-lit, safe and clean. I highly recommend this option for parking when traveling through CLE.
