I have been so happy with the services at the Oakland Airport Location. They are always so friendly and helpful. It is easy in/easy out. I have never had to wait long for a shuttle in the parking areas or going back from the airport.

I have referred many people and will continue to use whenever I fly.

Very close to airport, reasonable pricing if you order ahead, pretty frequent shuttle service. A big monsoon was about to start on Sat. as I waited for shuttle, and the driver picked us up quickly and drove fast to try and deliver us to cars while it was still sprinkling and before the torrential rain started. I was 2 of 3 parties off and appreciated her speed as it was just about to get bad!

The employees, especially the drivers, are very friendly and extremely helpful. We've used Park N Fly numerous times and have rarely had to wait more than a couple minutes for a shuttle coming or going.

It’s reliable and safe to part my vehicle, also is very convenient due to the proximity to the airport, all the shuttle drivers are very helpful too.

Fast pick up - close to airport

We were picked up immediately after we parked our car, and again when we returned. Driver was very nice.

Easy to navigate, fast shuttles, easy entry and exit!

Frequent shuttle service to and from the airport. AND the driver actually loads the bags WITHOUT attitude. Pleasant service experience !

The turn onto the entrance road (Produce) from 101 southbound is a bit tricky, but not impossible. The entrance to the Park 'n Fly lot is open, well-marked and easy. We arrived to a full lot, but were able to leave our vehicle and key for valet parking.

The staff was polite, clear and efficient, and we were on our way to the airport in no time. On return, the text messaging worked well (although I also called and got confirmation of pickup on the way). Not an unreasonable 10 minutes or so for the pickup. Delivered to the site, our vehicle was retrieved and we continued - easily onto southbound 101 to pick up the San Mateo (SR 92) cross-bay bridge rather than fight northbound 101 traffic to the Bay Bridge.

All in all, a good experience. We'll use the lot again in the future.

Amber is amazing. I always ask for her specifically. Although she is the manager their she goes over and above to always make my reservation. She is polite, kind. Friendly

I like the location, the parking awards program, price is reasonable, pick up times are good, and having drivers that assist with the suitcases is helpful.

Very friendly. The lot is very clean and secure. Best parking ever. Will from now on always use this lot.

Close to Airport

We like that the pickup and drop-off are quick and that the driver's are friendly. We also enjoy the ease of using your app to book our stay making entry and exit from the property quick and easy.

What we didn't like is that the free car wash code was not working upon our exiting the facility.

The location was close to the airport. The gentlemen at the gates were polite and helpful. We had no issues with transport to and from the airport. It was a great experience for us, and I would definitely use them again.

When I can reserve ahead with a discount, I like that best.

Easy access, easy to get to and very efficient service! The only issue I had was trying to exit the lot; I did not realize the machine could scan the QR code since it only showed a barcode as the example…completely user error!

Easy parking and Patricia helped with all of our issues.
