The drivers are super friendly. They are more than happy to help you with your luggage/stroller. Tip them well!! They are prompt and their app makes it so easy to make sure they are out there as soon as you pick up your luggage.

I have been using this service and really like it, I had some trouble upon arrival with the app for pick so I just called on 2/16/24. I would like to see a service for pick up at the park and fly so the drivers can locate us for a pick up. Much like when we land at MSP there is a come get me button, which is great! I think if there was a way for location sharing on the app so drivers know where we are parked also for pick to airport would be great! I will continue to use this service. Most of the drivers are friendly and help with bags, the last guy we had on 2/16/24 late pick up from msp was not as friendly and even tipped, did not help with bags. Its ok just maybe had a bad day! Overall it saves money and time and does not take that much more effort to use this service!

Shuttles have good availability and drivers are generally very friendly and helpful even in passing. The system for reservations and checking in and out could use some work but the recent acquisition by The Spot may change that.

Very fast pickup at the parking garage and at the airport. Van drivers were very helpful.

It's convenient and the busses are always there when you when you get to the park ride and when get back from your trip to take you to your vehicle.

I love the convenience and price of Park’N Fly. I choose the Valet option because I like not having to take my keys on travel trips, having my vehicle started and ready to go when I leave, my vehicle being more protected in the ramp, and also being dropped off first when getting back from long travel! The reward days are an amazing perk that keeps me using their company and services every time I travel.

Very friendly and helpful employees, safe drivers and quick pick up. HOWEVER, BUSES ARE GETTING VERY WORN AND SEATS ARE CRACKING AND NOT CUSHIONED. COULD USE AN UPDATE.
