Covered parking. Shuttle pick up at our parking spot was fast. Shuttle was at the terminal when we came out. All in all, a very efficient process. Plus the discount with AAA was a bonus.

The lack of communication to your customers was not appreciated. Upon my return, the customers in my bus all were upset that we did not receive a notice in our app's to announce the change.

Excellent driver. She took the time to help load and unload bags. She was even wiling to load them into our car (however we did that ourselves).

Always such a great experience to park here and know your vehicle is safe while you are gone. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Parking and pick up is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Easy to reserve your spot and prepay on their website. Highly recommend!
Easy pickup at parking lot and airport.
Convenient helpfully, drivers are respectful. Plane came in at 2 in morn and we called they showed up in 2 mins. Good business
So easy to do and quick to get us to the airport. Just wish there was a quicker way for the pick up from the airport. Over all, we love park n fly.
