The staff hustled to pick us up in the cold night at 3am. 18 hr day do to canceled flights but when we got to Cleveland and got our luggage I text the number and Park ‘N Fly was there. Customer service that’s why I’ll be back.

I switched to P & F from parking spot because your door to door airport shuttle was always prompt to pick us up at our car and the airport , while parking spot we soent a lot oif time waiting for the bus at our car bus and then it went round and round fir another 20 mins picking people up
Very few JFK busses showed up at airport pick up compared to their other lot locations as well

I feel safe there, the shuttles come quickly, the pick up from right at your car upon arrival to the lot is super helpful with luggage, kids, etc. I have always had a great experience at the Oakland location and I will continue to park only here.
