Easy access to the airport
Efficiency
have used Park N Fly (mostly Conley) for 40 years. Love the perople and the service.
I like the convenience. The service is great. Staff friendly. Only suggestion would be to open two admission stalls as I was stuck on the street in busy traffic and it was dark. I was nervous about being rear ended.
Great customer service
I like the fact that your service level is back to where it was pre-pandemic. When I arrive and park, the van is usually right behind the car before I even get out of the car. The drivers help with the luggage, which now that I’m in my mid-70’s, is very important to me. When we return to the airport it seems like we hardly wait at all for the van going to the garage. Congratulations on returning to first class service. It makes it easy to recommend you.

Easy process from booking, to finding the parking lot, parking transportation to and from airport, and checking out. The staff was very kind and we had no waiting time. Would use them every time we fly out of Midway.

Very prompt service and much cheaper than parking at the airport.
We were picked up quickly and got to the airport on time. And they dropped us off and picked us up at the front door, as my wife has a portable oxygen concentrator, much appreciated.
Ease and availability
Clean busses, friendly driver, paved lot (we started at Park N Fly because Espresso closed). At the airport, the bus was pulling away and we were able to flag him down. We appreciated that he stopped for us, saving us time to get home.
Location and customer service
Shuttle service is very quick. There usually is no wait and makes travel easier.

Close proximity to airport, cost
We decided to use Park 'N Fly because we've never driven to MIA and weren't sure how difficult it would be to get parking. We also liked that the price was considerably cheaper than the airport lots. Our experience was very positive. We got checked in quickly and were shown directly to a shuttle bus for our short trip to the airport. It's very nice to be dropped off right at the airline check-in area. My only minor complaint is that we had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked for the shuttle back to Park 'N Fly once we had landed and retrieved our luggage. Our car was ready for us when we got there and we were on our way quickly. We would park there again.
