So convenient and friendly! Love the location and being assigned a parking spot. The buses are there to pick you and your luggage up immediately and drop off at nearby airport. The service is excellent both at the entry and exit point. When we arrived back at Oakland Airport the PNF bus was there to take us to our car and drop us off right there. Thank you!

The location is very convenient, and the entering and exiting process went smoothly. The drivers going to the airport and coming back were friendly and helpful and very engaging. Very nice people! We were picked up immediately, and when we came out of the airport on our way back, we only waited half a minute before we were picked up. It went so smoothly considering we were there super early in the morning on our way out of Cleveland and very late in the evening coming back.

It’s normally very convenient but we left Saturday morning came back Thursday and the app had changed. It would have been nice if we had advance notice on the changes. We had no way of contacting the shuttle to come get us. We still only waited ten extra minutes no big deal but it would have been nice to know.

Disappointed by the inattention of the staff when I arrived in the lot. It took over 20minutes to get a shuttle on Row 7.
Jimmy K made up for that mistake with his outgoing personality on my return pickup at the airport.
