Fairly priced easy in and out. Sad to see you being brought out ,looks like the Parking spot is upping their requirements for status

Your drivers make the difference! When we pulled into PNF, there was a sign that said what aisle to park. We drove to that aisle but unfortunately no parking spots were available. We drove down the next aisle and the same thing. One of your drivers told us to follow him and he led us to a row with available parking.

This was my first time using Park ‘N Fly in Oakland.

I was greeted at the gate and shown a parking spot. The bus was there to pick me up before I even had a chance to get out of the car.

All the staff were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Outstanding customer service at the check -in by the driver. It is pouring rain and he is out of the van loading my luggage and offering his umbrella. Accidentally left his umbrella on the van wheel.

Drivers were both great. They were very personable and handled most of the luggage.. Morning arrival afternoon departure were effotless and quite organized at Park and Fly.

Addt'l comment: We had a redeye flight and were parked on the roof. When the shuttle driver dropped us off at our car we asked if he could wait a few minutes and follow him to the exit. He readily agreed and when we didn't immediately back out he came over and asked if we had a problem. Well, yes we certainly did - the car battery was dead. He said he could help, left, and then came back shortly after with a battery pack and got us going. We were so grateful I gave him what bills I had (it was 2am and dark out so I have no idea how much it was) and he led us to the exit. We wished we'd have gotten his name but whoever it was he was our Employee of the Month pick!

Was quite surprised when I opened my Park 'N Fly app upon return and was informed it was no longer functional/available. This threw me off but found the link to the Parking Spot app and was able to pull up my QR code to exit the ramp reasonably quickly, but would have been good to have the Park 'N Fly app functional for a transition period or better advance notice of the change.
