The service was excellent! We parked our car and the bus pulled up to us and helped get our luggage on the bus. When we returned, the bus was there immediately to take us back to our car. The drivers were exceptional. We will definitely use your services again. Thank you for a great experience.

The vehicle is left in a place that is always guarded and with limited access. The wait time for your shuttle service is negligible and your personnel are always friendly and professional.

Normally, I have been a fan of Park n Fly and have used them for decades. The last time I used the service on Feb 5, 2024, I had some problems. I had initially had difficulty with my barcode scan to gain entrance and finally was issued a ticket. When I got inside the gate, it was not clear which way the sign for more parking was pointing, but turned left. Normally, being picked up after parking is quick and efficient, but this day that was cold and raining, had a long wait. I didn't even see any pick-up vans in the area. I eventually started walking and pushing suitcases back to a main thoroughfare and waited with several other people for many more minutes. Eventually a van that was almost completely full appeared. Once aboard there were no other mishaps. When I returned, and tried to use my app to bring up my barcode, I was given a message that I need to update my app. When I did so, it told me the updated app was discontinued and to use a different app that I would have had to set up while in the parking lot with new login and password the old app would not open Fortunately, I had a printed copy of my barcode, so went to the assisted drive through. The folks at the gate told me that Park n Fly had changed ownership. Not sure if that was the source of all the issues or coincidence, but didn't make me happy to be in that position after a long trip trying to get home. It got sorted eventually, but it is a rocky start.
