(1) you have recruited some wonderful caregivers but it seemed to me that many of them moved on too quiclkly. Fortunately for us, Ann Marie was not one of them and we have been very happy with her service for over 5 years now. (2) I like the fact that there is continuity of personal in the front office. They all seem to know the caregivers well and that ensures that there is no disruption in good care when anyone is out for one reason or another,
