Very poor service. Had to ask for silverware 3 times. Our waitress did not check on us.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We had multiple order errors at our table. Our drinks were empty for a significant amount of time. And we did not see our server because she was working behind the bar for a significant amount of time. Our bill was discounted 5.00 for the errors unrelated to my 10.00 Birthday discount.
