The employees are friendly, efficient, and professional. Second time at this location my boneless were hard crusted and dry…. Like they were pre cooked, I ordered, dumped in oil to warm up …. Over cooked. I will try another location before I stop going to this chain

I ordered 25 bone in chicken wings and they were soaked in oil. It's like the chicken is not being drained and they are being pulled from the oil too quick.

we live in Clemmons and do not go to ECW here-your place is the best and food was and always is delicious-we did not get many chips with our five finger platter-everyone enjoyed and we will be back soon
Jazz was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She kept a smile at all times. She was just awesome, the food was great also.

The burger was terrible , very dry and no seasoning. Onion rings were soggy and terrible.

They keep forgetting items in our orders.
Faster service, took forever for food to come out. We had to ask for our salads since they were not brought out as an appetizer. Never explained if the server took the payment or if it was up front. Better communication would be great!

Service was good and the food tasted good. The only problem, I ordered lettuce wraps and the lettuce was so flemsy that I could not pick it up and had to just eat the chicken with a fork and not pick it up. I have gotten this at your restaurant many times and this was the 1st time this has happened.
