The food is good and hot,also the bartender is good but could use some help not running so much to do other tasks and just be allowed to tend her bar.

My order was accurate and fresh.
We’ve come to realize that if you’re not actually sitting at the bar, you are “out of sight, out of mind.” We have been seated on the bar side the last two times we’ve visited, assuming due to staffing. We are a family of 6, and while the booths are large enough to accommodate us, sitting on the other side of the restaurant is preferred but we always get directed to the bar side. It took quite a while to get our food and when it arrived, it was barely warm. My husband also had to walk to the bar to ask for a refill on his drink. Our waitress was friendly, but not very attentive. I really hate complaining as we have always enjoyed visiting ECW over the years, but it feels like the service is always subpar.

Separate the chips/wings on Togo orders. The thin wax paper will do. Chips should not be soaked with wing sauce

The food is always cooked fresh, and they have the best salads in town. You don’t wait long for service and the help is very courteous. Busy place!
Food is very good. I tried wings all flavors and chicken quesdgilla is the best. They put alot of cheese and chicken on it Everyttime I comes to Charlotte, only place I eats at. When I comes with my cousins Keysha and Genarary, we eats there. Th we y love it as well. Sonya who is in California, comes everything as well. She loves the wings and burgers. We all travel to East Coast to get the food after we finish our shopping.
Everyone is always so friendly. Usually no wait to be seated. Food always good. They could have the temperature in restaurant a little warmer.

Sometimes when I order a cheeseburger. It taste different than other times. Sometimes it has the taste of what a 80/20 burger should taste like. Other times the burger patties seems to have almost like a pickle taste to it. I prefer a standard 80/20 taste and salty crispy edges. You have made them that way for me before and thought I would pass that along. BTW. Servers do a great job!
Ordered cheesesteak with fries and hardly any meat and barely any fries. Also ordered 2 platters of chips and serving size was more like a side serving and they were not crispy at all.

3 of the 5 orders for our table were messed up in one way or another. The waiter was clueless.
Gave me food poisoning. I ended up throwing up later in the day. All I had were the fries, but I noticed they were very old and reheated. I did not eat anything else that day other than the fries and ranch.

Nothing major. Please try to be fair with ratios. I ordered a 14 piece wing on the wing special day. Obviously you’re not able to specify which choice of wings you want on that day. However I should not have gotten 2 flats out of 14 wings. Waiter did make it right and fixed it after I brought it to their attention
