almost always I was able to talk to Angela rather than her machine and call back . prompt-what I did not like is I had to print my own documents using large amounts of ink and time with docs I did not need for the trip.also liked her suggestion of assistance at airport was helpful several times when gates were far apart. thanks bev k

I value and appreciate having a person to speak to who's knowledgeable to assist when necessary. The majority of companies are relying entirely on AI and/or have insulated their human customer service personnel from the public. There are numerous instances that I can point to where AI just doesn't cut it. Having a human being there to answer the phone who is quickly able to assess and take action sets you apart from the competition. Avoid moving to phone trees and AI PLEASE!!!!
