I made contact with Bob Sivak who was helpful in arranging a 2 day notice ticket and unfortunately had to cancel at lastminute because of late plane arrival. I will be making my travel plans through him from now on...he helped me understand pricing, location in plane, and making reservation with as much advance notice as possible.
