I don't love concur but if ever I have issues and need to contact Fox they have always been VERY helpful. I also like that they have a process in place if something needs approval such as a car rental it happens quickly so you can move forward with your travel plans. I have never had anything but positive experiences with Fox but I do 90% of my booking online.
