It was fast and easy to book a hotel room on-line. Although I didn't scroll down enough to see that I had to "complete" my reservation in order for it to go through. Luckily I logged in again later in the evening and saw an email warning me to complete the order as it had not gone through.

She gave us various options for the trip we hoped to book and followed up with cost analysis and event details.
