It was Friday afternoon around 3:30 and I had urgent situation. I booked a flight from ORD to Philadelphia and mixed-up AM and PM. After realizing the situation, I called Fox World Travel. An agent named Steve answered the phone and was able to get me re-booked at the correct time in less than five minutes.
