Everything is at your fingertips. You don't have to look for hotels, rental cars. I like how the site asks you if you need a hotel or rental cars. You can book everything at once.

Very easy to use for most any trip, or any part of a trip (air, hotel, car) can be booked together or separate. Changing flights/hotels/cars is easy- everything associated with that trip can change without contacting all of the other parts of the trip.
I didn't have to do anything I do have a question though do I just show my verification code at the gate for boarding or do I have to go to the Southwest counter?
