I had to cancel our vacation due to my father passing away. Not only did Brianna take care of all the details of canceling, she kept me informed of what I need to do to follow up with the trip insurance to obtain my reimbursement. We were flying with airline credit and I had questions about the airlines bereavement and credit policy. She checked with the airlines about my concerns and emailed the the answer to me the same day. Brianna also showed sympathy towards me which I greatly appreciated.
